I started in the luxury lifestyle industry at 17 as an image stylist in Italy. From there, London. Then Barcelona. Then Malta. Over a decade later, I operate at the intersection of hospitality, advertising and talent — from the inside.
My work is built on one conviction: the talent inside a luxury brand is the brand. The service, the energy, the culture — it all lives in the people. Finding the right ones, attracting them, and making your group desirable to them is not an HR function. It is a growth strategy.
