Yes. I’m based in Barcelona and recruit worldwide, regardless of nationality. Tell me the property and the role, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
How does AI change the recruitment process?
AI speeds up sourcing, screening and shortlisting. Every final recommendation is made by a person who understands luxury service.
Is the Academy affiliated with Anthropic?
No. I completed Anthropic’s AI Fluency courses, but the Academy is my own independent programme. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.
