Contact details and messages you send us; for recruitment, the CV and professional information candidates share; for the Academy, enrolment and billing details.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to requests (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); running recruitment searches and courses (contract); legal and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); with consent, newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Use of AI tools

Candidate profiles may be processed with AI tools to support sourcing and screening. Final decisions are always made by a person. No decision with legal effects is taken solely by automated means (Art. 22 GDPR).

Retention

Contact requests: 24 months. Candidate data: 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Billing data: as required by law.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to info@danielciommiento.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the authority in your country.

Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA, under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Payments and course platform

Course payments and course delivery are handled by Hotmart. When you buy, Hotmart receives the data you enter at checkout and gives you access to the course, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name and email to manage your enrolment and support.
