Handle reservations by phone, email and booking platforms
Manage bookings in the property management system
Upsell rooms, packages and experiences

Experience in reservations or front office is a strong asset
Fluent English; more languages are a plus
Familiarity with PMS/CRS software is a plus
Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
